TSR Training

As a TSR at The Clinton Group, Inc. you will receive a minimum of 8 hours of in classroom orientation. Specific areas of training/orientation include:

  • Customer service training
  • Teleservices industry information
  • TCG Corporate policies and procedures
  • Voice/telephone technique and dialer specific training

After completing our basic orientation, you will receive a specialized training packet relevant to the program you are assigned to. It will contain:

  • Information on client's industry
  • Information on client's company
  • Overview of client's program and objective
  • Outline of client's key customer
