TCG employs highly skilled and motivated people who are dedicated exclusively to a specific program. Each new TSR receives a minimum of eight hours of in-classroom orientation. This includes employment assessment and testing, customer service, teleservices industry information, corporate policies and procedures, voice/telephone technique and dialer specific training, all prior to being hired as an employee. TCG utilizes psychological, behavioral, and motivational techniques to create the very best teleservices employee. Scientific and analytical performance measurement plays a key role in determining where problems exist and how they should be handled.
