Automated Calling

TCG has the ability to generate over two million calls per day.  Moreover, our scalable platform facilitates the processing of additional call capacity if needed.  Different messages can be played for live responses and answering devices.  Up to three different recordings can be launched for live answers and one answering machine per campaign.  Our recordings are not delivered on a timing system in which messages are launched prematurely.

TCG also has automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Press 1 capacity in which automated messages are equipped with the ability for those receiving the messages to say a word or press a key to give information, select from a list of options, or speak with a live operator.
